They advertised on Google , about safety for Seniors.They said they’d send a daily message and/or a phone call to check on me if I did not check in , on their app by a determined time. Whenever I did not check in, they claimed they had a dispatch calling me. I checked my missed calls for that time. I had none.

Then I tried to cancel the account. I sent them 4 emails to no avail. They say on Google that in order to cancel an account, I would have to first delete my profile. This is false information because there’s no profile. First they say they are free, then they want $9.99/monthly or $99 a year. I paid the yearly fee.

I hope nobody else falls for this.
