Ordered baby product online Sept 13, 2024. Website looks legitimate. Received confirmation and order number. Email sent 9/18/24 confirming order on way with USPS tracking number. The tracking number always shows USPS awaiting item from shipping partner Fast Track Express Inc. contacted support on 9/23/24, 10/14/24, 10/24/24, 10/28/24, 10/30/24. They offered to cancel with a refund but have to contact “ management team for approval”.On 11/8/24 I replied that I will contact my credit card company fraud department. Not a word after that. My CC company refunded me. As of 11/21/24 the tracking number still shows in transit. They act like they will resolve issue but just string you along.

I purchased a Halloween outfit for my son on the snuggish.shop website. It was never received. I’ve followed up for two months and customer service has claimed a shipping issue and promised to escalate to management for my refund but no progress has been made.
