This group has shut down Snuggling Hearts Maltipoo and have opened a new website with the same pictures, same dogs, and same setup. It’s going by the name iHeartsfamily.com. This site is a scam and they will take your money without a dog.

I too had been looking to adopt a Maltipoo. I first saw one a year and a half ago and just couldn't get the puppy out of my thoughts. My daughter found this site and we started chatting with them. They were very prompt with us and said all the right things and asked all the right questions. They said they would be happy to send her home with us and we could come and pick her up or they would ship her. Driving to WY from CO isn't bad but Cody was just to far. We sent the $900 via Zelle and received a transfer of ownership for Bailey from Terrance Scott and the email was [email protected]. Come Monday morning the email from the carrier telling me I need an air controlled crate comes. I know many friends that have purchased family pets and had them shipped and that is so not the case. I called them and told them he came with a crate and he proceeded to tell me it needed to be air controlled. Reading the email further they wanted me to pay by credit card and send them a picture of my drivers license. I think not you [censored]! I have filed a report with Federal Trade Commission-fraud department. We need to start reporting these things so that they take action.

Do not use this website if you are looking for a puppy. Our family dog had passed away and we were going to get a new puppy to help my daughter through the grieving process. We found this site that said they were a family breeder that only breed their dogs once a year and take very good care of them so it felt like a legit site. We also found them on a couple different sites that you can use to find puppies for sale. She fell in love with one of the puppies on the website and we started the process to get it. We ended up paying $700 for the puppy and $200 for shipping. On the day it was supposed to be shipped (Sunday) I received an email from the courier saying that I would need to rent an electric temperature controlled crate to ship the dog in and it would cost between $1150 - $2000 depending on the crate we wanted to "rent" 98% of the money would be returned after the puppy was delivered. There were many red flags that we completely ignored and I wanted to share them with you so that you don't end up in the same situation that we did.
1. We didn't do a review of the site to make sure it wasn't a scam initially. and when we searched the website on Google it didn't come up easily.

2. On the website they state that "Our support available to help you 24 hours a day. We provide our best." Many of my emails would go unanswered for hours at a time and responses were very slow to be active 24 hrs. a day.

3. All financial transactions were done through Zelle or Google Pay making it very difficult to impossible to get any money back. When I asked for contact information for these apps, I was given a different name for each one. The same thing happened with the "courier" as well. Because I had a new account through Zelle and Google Pay, it blocked larger payments so I couldn't pay for the dog crate easily, which lead us to do more searching and realized that this was a scam. I offered to pay via Apple Pay. I received an email from them saying that "We don't use Apple pay often because it has security measures which stand against our policies as a company. But if you can make payments this once because we understand some restrictions on your end.
Apple pay: (361) 633-103
Please do not message or call the number which is recieving your payment. Just send a screenshot of payment once payment is delivered. Thank you."

4. We were initially told that it would be $200 for the shipping and everything would be taken care of, but then were told by the "courier" that we had to pay an additional amount for a crate to ship the dog.

5. All communication was done via email. Neither Snuggling Hearts or Air Pets Courier would provide a number to call and be able to talk with someone in person. I did receive a call from the courier and when I tried to return it and talk with someone I was told that I just needed to respond to the email.

6. My daughter noticed that even though we had chosen a puppy, paid for it, and it was supposed to be shipped today, that it's still listed as available on the website.

There were so many things that just didn't feel right throughout the process, but we were so focused on helping our daughter through the grieving process that we didn't take time to look at all these red flags.
Please don't do the same thing.

Snuggling Hearts is offering maltipoo puppies for sale at $700 +$200 for delivery. Once they have your payment they tells you they will let you know the details of the flight delivery information and then they stop communicating with you. We are unable to get ahold of anyone. I also found the same verbiage and pictures of the same puppies on an entirely different website. We lost $900.00. Please do not get your heart broken and ripped off .

My boyfriend and I have been looking to adopt a puppy for sometime and I found this site thinking it was to good to be true, which sadly it ended up being. The dogs they offered are Maltipoos and I fell head over heels with the dog on their site listed as "Elmo" a 9 week old male. Instantly I contacted the breeder expressing my interest and to ask further questions about Elmo, the adoption process, what the shipping or pick up process need to be and how the payments would happen. I get a text from a number, with the caller ID of :Victoria Thompson" telling me more information, asking me about myself and my boyfriends lifestyle, what their expectations were for their puppies new families. She did not ask about money until she heavily implied I would be the one to adopt "Elmo". But when it came to actual payment, they got more unusual. They wanted payment through Zelle and Google Pay at first, two places that I did not think were right. I expected to write a check, meet the dog, do a live video call with the dog, just something so I knew the dog at least a bit. But I kinda shrugged it off and attempted to pay through Zelle, which my bank stopped that instantly and locked me from using Zelle until i contacted them, Google Pay did the same thing and cancelled any attempt to pay them through the new emails they gave me which are : [email protected]

[email protected]

I found it strange that none of thede emails were company emails but email acocunts that seemed random, I thought it would be [email protected] or something like that. They also kept messaging me at strange hours of the night and if I did not respond instantly they would begin bugging me with "????" Or "hello??" Which was strange for a business. They then wanted me to pay through venmo using the account names of:

Brittany clark.

@britt0894

And

@jimmy-neutronn (she claimed this was her sons)

I saw these names and thought this was getting weirder but ignored the flags. Then tried again to pay, but the payments were failing to go through so I called my bank (i was on hold for 7 hours, thats how much I wanted this dog) and when i finally got ahold of a supervisor they told me that this was a scam. The emails I had been given were fake or had been most likely reported and banned. Thankfully i did not lose any money, but I am heartbroken that "Elmo" was not real.

This site claims to be a small family breeder for maltipoo puppies. They were asking for $700 to purchase a puppy and changed $200 for shipment of the puppy. I was told that I would receive the puppy within 24 hours. Once payment was made I did not receive the puppy. The man went by the name Cody Council and payment was sent through Zelle.

collects money, pretends to sent up delivery and then phone disconnected the next day
