They did not arrive until February, although I had contacted them numerous times. When the blankets arrived they were not adult size. The company requested photos of the product not fitting. I sent the photos. Eventually I was refunded for one blanket. When I asked for refund on the remaining 2 blankets they requested more photos - which I sent. I have not been refunded for the remaining 2 blankets They no longer respond to my emails. It's such a scam. They were meant to be Christmas Gifts. Very disappointing and frustrating.
