Consumer received a message from a friend who is a worker at the Unemployment Office in Nampa. She advised that she paid $1,800 and received $50,000. She told me to contact Betty Hughes to get me the paperwork. Consumer gave the "friend" his address and phone number. Consumer was told if they give $1,535 he would get $20,000, and the more he gave the more the grant went up. He was told the grant is tax free.
