I received an email (from a friends email account) stating that she won $275,000.00 and to see if I qualify. I started looking around and talking to the individual (whom i thought was my friend) stating that there was a social grant promotion and the case manager's name is Melissa June Flores. She stated that she worked for the social grant company and workers comp division and wants to help people in America and Europe. She stated that this is funded by the federal government, bill gates, and the facebook founder. I disconnected the conversation and have received emails stating that they want to know how to send the money, either cash or check
