The contract outlined specific deliverables and a timeline, but none of these services were ever provided. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with the company over several months, there was no progress, no service delivery, and no refund. In June 2024, I sent a formal notice requesting either the completion of services or a refund, giving them a 30-day window to remedy the breach. Despite this notice, the company failed to respond adequately or provide any of the promised services or refunds.
This experience has left me with a financial loss of $3000. I believe that Social Media 22, LLC / Damask Digital has engaged in deceptive business practices by accepting payment without providing the agreed-upon services. I am filing this complaint to report this behavior and to seek assistance in recovering my funds.
