I was communicating through Messenger this individual I knew from High School mentioned to me of a "Grant" that was free, she said she got $40,000 even sent me a pic of it gave me another person's email to do the request. John Carter, john.carter*****gmail.com he claims he's associated with The World Bank Group backed up by the CIA, local police authority and this "program" is imposed by the Federal Government with full support of the World Bank Group. Stated he's a "good Christian" and would not Scam anyone! Was told I had to send monies to pay for a "certificate" for the IRS. So because I thought I knew this person it wasn't a SCAM?? Had a very difficult time first started with 2 gift cards $500 each through Master Card was told "they" had a difficult time accessing, of course but they unfortunately did, then I purchased 2 more gift cards through Visa for more money, they fortunately flagged as FRAUD and denied, so I then I used Cash to do a Money Order sent it to: Michael Kuebler, **** ******* ***, Hyattsville,MD. 20785-4979 on 12/4/2024. They still are requesting more money which I've refused to send. I've accused them of Scamming again. I have pics of the Master Cards and Visa cards, receipts of money order if you need.
