Tyler (Ty) came in to help our business as “influencer/ model” to take care of marketing, then made a contract as an investor with promise of making $50,000 cash sales every month. He promised to take 25% of profit after making $50,000 cash sales every month but he never did any work instead of spending and stealing money to make his instagram post which did not has anything to do with our business. Instead, he stole our credit and told everybody he is the owner and creator of our brand (me and my wife are the owner and creator of our brand 100%). We finally confronted him after he did not do any work nor the investment, he only let us spend money on things he wanna do. Then few days after confrontation, he stole our merchandise from our store and all cash from our joint account (even savings) and left us with $0
