facebook (meta) has a SCAMMER that is taking over accounts and trying to steal financial data called "Lily Collins" my account on meta (aka facebook / Instagram) was stolen and taken over. I was locked out of my account and cannot get back in. I have tried to verify it wasn't me who changed this but meta's process for re-verification is NOT working. This scammer out of China is trying to steal people's information and financial information! facebook is NOT being helpful at all!!!!!!! Everyone needs to delete their account with meta and let them fall to the ground. Their platform is one of the WORST things that ever happened to this world.

Fraudulent business. Marketing on Social Media (Facebook and instagram) for gag gifts for valentines day. Fraudulently charged credit charge and no contact info to dispute or cancel. Tried reaching out via Social media but they immediately removed their profile. No goods were ever sent and they fraudulently charged my credit card

Has website for small business on social media (TicTok). Advertising for self defense products. Was charged $308.30 on my credit card on January 1, 2023. Product never received. Have contacted SkydefenseLLC multiple times on site and email. Have received no response. Have place a fraud charge on my CC. Awaiting response from credit card company.

I saw an Instagram ad for GRWTH Agency where they claimed to be a group of people who would start a dropshipping business on your behalf and manage it for an initial payment of $2,997 and a 20% profit share once the business became profitable. I messaged them on Instagram for a few days and then agreed to a non-commital video call where a white American man, who said his name was Nathan, went through a presentation explaining the details of their service and all that way included (weekly/monthly reports, access through a messaging app called Slack to my business team, etc.) and then he emailed me the presentation and a contract. The contract stated that if the business wasn’t profitable within 120 days that I would receive a full refund. After the initial payment, I was added to the group chat and they updated me on the alleged progress. I never communicated with Nathan again, the phone number he used would not accept calls and did not respond to texts, and I only communicated with a man named Anson on the Slack app. Then I was told the initial charge was not received and I was charged again, totaling in $5,994 charged from my account. They claimed they would cooperate with a refund for the second charge (all money was sent through Payoneer.com, a separate party money transfer company). My refund was never delivered and my Payoneer account was suddenly terminated with no explanation. After this, I stopped receiving any response or communication from anyone at GRWTH Agency at all.

I was contacted by a close friend via instagram that I know and the scammer hacked her account and claimed to be her but in reality it was the scammer. The scammer told me about "bitcoin mining'' and promised that if I pay a certain amount then I would get double the amount that I paid for. I paid money via Cashapp adding money from my bank. The scammer made me make an account on this site called "Nexlegaltrade" and made me make an account and send several screenshots step by step of what I was doing...The scammer said I had to upgrade y account which meant that I had to pay even more money to get the money that was "promised" by contacting the chat of the site...and the scammer and the person from the site said I had to ask a friend/family member in order to get my money and I tried several times to reach out to the site but everything's gone quiet now.

After seeing post and pictures of fencing on Facebook market place of Rusty Thomas of Steelwood Outdoor Services work I contacted him to request quote from black chain link pool fencing. Rusty came to my home on 12/17/22 to take measurements and give me quote for job. He required half down to get on his schedule. I wrote a check for the required $800 deposit and received an email invoice/receipt. We agreed on 12/28/22 for fence install date. On this date I called and texted several times and he continued to tell me he was on his way. He has yet to come back to do the job or return my deposit and will not answer my calls.

They email you using the email address [email protected]. Their facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/Wooden-Glasses-Holder-109452020425780. They provide an order tracking number that sends you to a fraudulent tracking site. They claim that the order was delivered when it wasn't. I asked for a refund and they claimed they were opening an investigation. I went back to their Facebook post that initially brought me to their website, and there are other people commenting that they have also experienced the same issues.

Email I received from them regarding my order and the fake tracking website:

The scammer had asked me for my cell phone number to verify that I was not posting a fake product. She asked where I was located, and I provided my town name. She asked for my cell phone number, which I provided, and said she was going to send me a verification code. I provided the verification code.

Facebook ad. Selling cast iron skillet set for a great price. Send a confirmation # to email with tracking number thru usps. I check. Said my product was delivered to St petersburg fl

10/05/2022 I ordered a product from Luxe Curves and Luxury Galore. Method of payment was cash through cashapp. Their cashapp is $network1digital to the names of Javanne Daley and Andre Hammond. I contacted their business website/email and still haven’t received acknowledgment, my product I purchased and their website can’t be found/researched. I lost $25.49 of my money and still don’t have the product I paid for nor the customer courtesy.

Iveth responded to my FB Marketplace add through their system and asked me to use his cell number. I did. He asked if he could send me a 6-digit code to verify that I am a real person. I asked for more info. He explained that it is a google verification code to use as a scam checker. I said I would research first. I did and found an article explaining this was a scam and to report it here. I then texted Iveth: "Cease and desist! Reporting you to ScamPulse.com scam tracker. And now I'm reporting it.

I apparently received a message from saying I was randomly picked to win amount of $500,000 and sent pictures of winners and "apparently" go to "Hangouts" to communicate with him, send him pictures and another person (female named Kate Jasso) I have a good feeling I'm getting scammed... I have a A.A degree in Criminal Justice-Criminology and learned somethings about scams and other things. I have pictures of the female and picture of the Founder of Facebook on a badge. I find it strange why a Founder / Owner would need a name badge. I would like to inform you of this and what can be done about a possible refund from this of $375.

Thank you,

Tony J Fuller Jr
