I was supposed to be able to win a bottle of blackberry Crown Royal if i answered 4 survey questions and picked 3 boxes like a scratch off lottery card. I "won" one and all i had to do was give my address etc, credit card and would only be charged for shipping of $2.85. I started out using a credit card but each time I tried it was declined. Then I tried my debit card which was also declined the 1st time then accepted the second time. I got a text from my credit card company that a transaction had been of $59.93 had been declined because it was suspicious. Then I checked my banking account and saw that I was charged two times for 2 different amounts- $59.93 and $99.97. Nothing about the $2.85. There was no contact information until I got an email about the $59.93 charge and that was just the email address of [email protected]. I have starteda transaction dispute with my bank and my credit card was destroyed and charges did not go through. Dumbest choice I've ever made. I even tried to go through the process except providing my information to see if I could find more information or fine print and there was nothing. Only the advertisement of a free bottle of crown royal.
