black, I had no operational
controls over my mouse, or keyboard. The cursor was moving on it's own. Someone had taken over controls my laptop. The only way I was able to shut it down is when I unplugged the Modem. Afterwards for past several months I have been Geek Squad, Microsoft, Verizon, and Life Lock. Trying desperately to get the problems solved. Each time I have told them some how, some way my phone and laptop is corrupt my passwords are being changed.
I was being told my system it's not compromised. Only to find out it was. STORM-15, Dad Sec Paas. I Have been dismissed, spoken to in ways I dare not comment on. But I feel that each of these companies owes apologies not only to me, but to others who may suffered the same. They failed us all terribly and that's not what we paid them for.
