I answered a call on my cell phone from someone claiming to be an officer with the Social Security office. They found that my Social Security number was used in illegal activity. The caller wanted to verify my name and Social Security number. I refused. I said no. I wanted him to tell me if he is with Social Security. The number they called from was similar to my phone number. 216-703-2637. I wanted to report the call.
