I received a call from the number I listed. I didn't answer the call but they left a voicemail. It stated that due to suspicious activity with my social security number it has now been suspended. They said to call them back.

It was a really old recorded voice, meaning primitive. Male computer voice like the cheesy ones from Bell Labs back in the day. Did not answer. Message left repeated twice. It said my social security card has been suspended due to suspicious activity and to call so they can straighten everything out.
