On June 24, 2020 at 10:31 a.m., I received this 49-sec voicemail from +1 501 541 6409 saying: "(intelligible at the start, gets clearer after 4 seconds) Hi, this is Jester Carol Simpson. This is training call from the Social Security Disability Office. I'm calling to find that out if you are ever able to get into your Mid-South Health Associate in Jonesboro. And if so, I will request those medical records, and if not, we have finally have the go ahead to start scheduling some of these exams that we have talked about a couple of months ago? Umm, so I would like to get you schedule for an exam. Like I said, if you have been seen by Mid-South I will request those records, ah, but if you can just give me a call back to talk about it, my number is 501 541 6409, um, and will go ahead and get you scheduled after we talk, then hopefully get your case to move forward. Thank you so much. Bye."

After checking my voicemail history, I got a 22-sec voicemail from this same number on April 21, 2020 at 9:53 a.m. trying to find out where I went to receive mental health treatment after release from Ouachita River Correctional Unit.

I have not applied for a social security disability a couple of months ago and does not go to Mid-south Health Associates. I don't think Social Security will schedule my exam. I have never been to any correctional unit, or much less need mental health treatment. This call is just to get my info so they can steal my ID. Please warn the public of this scam call. Thank you.
