I was called from a strange number stating that they were with the Social Security Administration and that they had a warrant and in 24 hours they would have the authorities at my home to arrest me.

I was called from a strange number stating that they were with the Social Security Administration and that they had a warrant and in 24 hours they would have the authorities at my home to arrest me. I was to call and settle the issue to avoid arrest.

I have received two or three calls this morning, supposedly from the Social Security Administration. The message said that it was believed that my social security number had been leaked, my social security number was being placed on hold, and I would not be able to use it. I was asked to hold on the line if I wanted to talk to someone in Legal. I hung the cell phone up each time.

Voicemail- she said I would be prosecuted if I didn't return their call, No name of company,just number. Just for curiosity, I called. The guy who answered said that they were social security, and the police were going to cancel my SSN dUE tomy arrest record. I promptly hung up.

Scammers keep calling me with a foreign accent telling me i will go to jail because fraud had been committed against my social security account?! That doesn't even make sense. I laugh at them when they call. This makes them mad and they threaten me. I hang up. This happens a couple times a week.
