I received 2 robo-calls from someone identifying themselves as Annie Marcus, Social Security Agent, who stated my Social Security number had been associated with criminal activity. I was advised to call 469-856-8856 immediately or action would be taken. I did not call, as I do not believe this call actually came from the Social Security Administration. I do not know if the scammer is attempting to take money, as I did not return the calls.

I received a call and voicemail with this message: “Suspend your Social Security number on the immediate basis as we have received suspicious trails of information in your name the moment you receive this message I need you to get back to me on my department division number that is 240-309-2049 I repeat 240-309-2049 verify the last four digits of your Social Security number when you call to better assist you with this issue now if I don't hear a call from you we will have to issue and arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible thank you…”

I keep receiving a call from 1-800-772-1213 that tells me my social security number has been breached and I need to call them back to secure my social security number. However, the number they give me to call them back on is different than the aforementioned number they called me on. It's 575-201-4826.

I don't believe for a second that this is a trustworthy, legit, or reliable call, and am fully convinced they are trying to scam me to gain access to my personal information through phishing via the phone.

Caller leaves message stating your social security card will be closed due to many suspicious activities. Please call them to discuss action needed to take. I have not done that, so I don’t know what they are wanting. Hopefully everyone knows the Social Security Administration would not do this or call you. It’s just so annoying because they have called me so many times.

There was an identical message from Blue Rapids, KS phone #782-363-3694. As my social security on-line account has already been closed by Social Security due to previous fraudulent attempts to obtain benefits, I'm concerned. Thanks
