My experience is the same as described above. After doing some research, I felt okay about ordering a catalytic heater, and used PayPal to do so. 3 months later they continue to jerk me around over it. I no longer feel they will give me anything for the money they STOLE from me. I'm sorry to all of us that have been duped by these scammers. It's truly difficult to trust anyone these days. May all the scammers burn in Hell.

I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone to order ANYTHING from this company. They are a straight scam. I spent 75.36 on an item and THREE MONTHS LATER NOTHING! When I contacted them for 6th time they sent package again and we had to wait another month ONLY to recieve a 20 pack of face masks. When contacted then again they stated they were resending package and told me to keep masks for my inconvenience. They are EXTREMELY arrogant, careless, rude, and HAVE no CONCEPT of how to run a business. I have requested my money back, and am awaiting its return. I will also be filling the website with my experience, and filing a fraud report against them. THEY ARE FAKE AND WILL SCAM YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

I ordered from this company 3 months ago I've been checking and checking and checking on my refund and my equipment they told me that my shipment was shipped and July I call UPS UPS said they haven't got anything from this company they gave me a bogus track number I was trying to track my item it didn't even come up I paid for two items on here they emailed me and told me they will get 80% of my money back because of the shipment I told them no because why is I'm going to pay for a shipment on a project that I never received so they said okay we looking into it your refund will be processed in 5 to 10 days OK it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't seen my process on my refund so I text him again they just text me back we will check on the process know you been checking all the prostate for 3 months I want my money this company is a scam and they need to be tooken out the website because they what are people money and they take any frequency they do not try to get in touch with you about the MS you have you received the item they are a big [censored] scam please do not order from these people

I was shopping online for triple burners and googled it. I went to ebay and it had multiple listings. I picked a listing from socialepid.com and was taken to their portal off of ebay. I felt like something wasnt right but trusted ebay. I purchased the item and it never came. The website no longer exist. Had to cancel my card and go without money for a few days. This should not be allowed. How can someone take money off your credit card and not be liable or rsponsible? They created the account with bogus information and who let them do this????/? NOT HAPPY!
