I placed an order on 11/10/2022 and informed by email that my order would be delivered on 11/21/2022. I followed up with two phone calls to customer service and ensured that my merchandise would be delivered by 11/23/2022. I spoke with several CSR representatives and told the item would be shipping direct from PlayStation, and then on 11/22/20222 I received a notification my order was cancelled.

When I checked my bank statement, my account was charged $310.28 on 11/22, $318.13 on 11/22 and $328.12 on 11/23. These are fraudulent and unauthorized charges. If my order was cancelled, WHY would a vendor intentionally charge my account for an order that was cancelled.

In my email to the CSR department, I was informed that I would have to wait 3-7 business days to have my funds returned. This is a CRIMINAL act that needs to be investigated.
