I ordered a pair of socks for my wife from their website with a picture of our dog to be put on it with the saying "Momma's Dog" on November 29th. What I got was a pair of pink socks with a cat and bones all over them. When I reported this they told me to throw those away and they would send me my order. Instead I got the same pair of pink socks with a cat and dog bones on them. They no longer have a voicemail that says anything and you cannot reach them on either their website or email or Facebook Messenger. I am not the only one complaining about them on Facebook. Try calling 1-855-766-3932 and you get nothing. They took me for $28.54. God knows what they have taken from other people. I want my money back and promised to bug them everyday till you step in or something is done.
