The add was on Instagram under Soco Sofa Covers. Placed an order using PayPal as the payment option. Reflected on my Credit Card as a PayPal payment. Called their contact number - left a message - no return call. Have sent emails to [email protected] via shopifyemail.com regarding delivery - no answer. The name on the PayPal payment was Comfy Sofa Covers - emailed them at [email protected] for information - no reply. Sent them a cancellation notice - no reply. They send emails every day advertising their Soco Sofa Cover products but no answers to my email inquiries. I will also report them to PayPal.

I was checking for the sofa covers and came across this website. I got an offer for 20 percent discount and I ordered 2 sofa covers.

The order came to be $68.12 USD. Today’s USD to CAD price I checked online is $52.95 but they charged me $90.69

I immediately wrote to cancel the order and I got a delivery failure notification
