I purchased a pair of boots that were advertised as new from this company. When they arrived they were clearly damaged and appeared worn. I sent the company photos of the product showing the damage and that they were worn. They refused to provide a full refund or a full replacement. They tried to get me to pay for shipment back to the company or to accept a discount. I have still not reached a satisfactory resolution with this company and I do not feel that one will happen. I paid for a new product and was given a used product, I feel that is fraud. I’m only able to upload one image for this but I have multiple images showing that the shows are clearly not new.
