When I ordered items (water-based color changing swim short) from this website, they were not the correct items (wrong size swim shorts that do not change color when wet). When I tried to contact the seller via email for a return, I was unable to. Their email box was constantly full. I went back through paypal to attempt to contact the seller, to which the seller finally said I was able to return the incorrect product. The package supposedly came from Compton, California, as per label and the tracking; however, the seller gave me an address in China to send it to. Their website says "USA owned and operated." So in order to return it to a country, where I never would've gotten it from if I knew, I have to pay a shipping cost (estimated $40-$45) that is higher than the value of the product ($35) in order to get a refund. There are no reviews on this website. I have tried working with PayPal in order to work this out, but nothing came of it. I am currently trying to contact the seller again, trying to figure out why I'm returning a package from a "USA owned and operated" business to China.
