i made a purchase from this company and paid using paypal as a guest. paypal sent me a receipt email along with a tracking number with USPS. i tracked the package for 2 weeks and when it said delivered i called the local post office and gave them the tracking number and was informed that the package associated with that number was not in my name nor was it sent to my address. i have sent the seller 3 emails and have not heard from them. i got a message from microsoft that the emails were not delivered. i’ve also been messaging paypal to file a claim for reimbursment with no luck. i can’t get cooperation from paypal. they have investigated the wrong transaction against **** *** **** twice now even tough i make it clear what the seller name is and the amount and all other relevant information. i can’t get an email address or phone number for paypal. what can i do to move forward in getting my money back?
