I purchased 3 pair of shoes for $177.44 over 3 weeks ago an still have not received my order I contacted sofiawears through email because there was no phone number to call they told me that my order was stuck in customs or the post office that they apologize for the inconvenience but that they could send me another order. I told them why would you have to send another order wouldn't it get stuck in customs also? They asked for me to wait another 25days an they would ship a new order I said no to just refund me my money an that I would be watching my account to see if the funds were returned so far I am still waiting

I had to fight them through my banks fraud department. How I won was printing all the emails. They are a fraud.
