I initially purchased something education related on this website in August of 2021. I did not realize I had signed up for a subscription for 4.99 monthly. When I made attempts to cancel this subscription, none of my requests were responded to. There is no phone number, or way to cancel via their website. I called my credit card company and was told to cancel my credit card, which I did. I got emails from Soft Schools saying they could not process my payment. I replied to the emails ( since this is the only mode I've had to communicate with them). In my reply, I stated I wanted my membership cancelled. They charged my NEW credit card ( although I did not give them permission to do so). I have filed a fraud complaint with Capital One. This is company is a fraud. Who knows how many people are unknowingly giving this company 4.99 monthly and are unable to make it stop!
