My computer froze and the screen said to call certain number to fix the issue. I called and a person by the name of Laksh of Absolute Tech assisted me. She gained control over my computer and demanded payment of $299 for her service. I stated that I don't have that kind of money she discounted the amount to $49.90 be paid by check made out to Soft Tech, Ltd. at 2023 N. 2nd St, #210. Harrisburg, PA 17102. Call back number provided was 888-276-1994. Although she threatened that if I unplug computer, it might ruined the whole thing and it may end up inoperable, I unplugged the computer after the telephone conversation and did not send the check. 

I had a local computer service company diagnose my computer instead and found over 700 security threats, which were removed.
