Type of a scam Tech Support
To give me a refund of $349.00 for software that I had purchase
I was told by the guy that wanted my information that they had to do a electronic refund
When I told him to put it back to my credit card that I provided when I purchased the software I was told they could not do that
When I said to send me a check I was told that they could not do that either
and they could see on their end that I had another bank account that they could send it to. I said to use the card number that was on their files. I was told that they do not keep that information
So I turned off my computer he asked what was I doing and he got mad saying that I had a trust issue. I terminated the call
