This service cost me $1,498.41. They provide the service for 3 months (Aug, Sept, Oct). I didn't receive any services in the months Nov, Dec and Jan. I tried to contact them numerous time almost on a daily basis. They also tried to get more money from me as well for protecting my computer from my service provider web connection and I refused. That was about the time I couldn't reach them anymore. If anybody contacts you about a protection contract for your computer don't do it.
