Ordered brow stamp kit and received confirmation email. They took my payment and have not seen or heard a thing. Sent numerous emails and the only one they responded to was the first when they claimed they could not keep up with demand. No money was refunded and not product was sent. They STOLE 27 bucks from me.

Ordered back in Nov.2021 never got the product. Emailed and they said they were having issues keeping up with demand but assured me it was in the mail…Never came.. emailed again and again was assured it was coming,, never came. Try to contract now and nothing. They will not respond.

I ordered from them in November 2021, never received them. Followed up numerous times and got no response. I left a review on their website and finally heard back saying they’d check with the shipping company. And then dead silence. Now their website is down. Money came off my card.

I too was scammed by the company Softies. I ordered an eyebrow stamp kit in November and never received it. I emailed as was told there were delays. After another email and telling them I wanted a refund, I was told it would be processed. However, all communication stopped after that. It is sad that people get away with this.

I ordered an eyebrow kit that was about $54.00 on 12/1/2021. My card was charged but I never received my order. I went back and forth on a few emails, they stated they would check the status of my order and get back to me. When I threatened them with legal action and told them I wanted a refund I was told it would be processed, but of course it never was. Companies shouldn't be able to charge you until the order ships. I feel so stupid! I try very hard to stay away from scammers but I was scammed! If you go to their website now, it doesn't even exist!

I wish I had seen this report before purchasing anything from Softies on TikTok. I was also scammed. I made a purchase Dec 3rd 2021 and here we are on Feb 3rd 2022 and I still haven’t received the brow stamp kit. I have sent several emails with no response (not even a “we’re backed up” and called the customer service number and left a voicemail for a call back and have never heard a word. Now when I try to track my order on their website from my order confirmation, it says the website is currently unavailable. It has been saying that for several weeks. Buyer beware!

So I purchased the softies eyebrows back in November 2021 said it would be a few weeks and nothing contacted by email and informed me that it was a delay due to demand and I will be getting a tracking number...it's been 2mths and nothing so I decided to email again but something told me after that to look up the company again well here I am on this site. This had never happen to me before I will say I'm glad its only $26, but to the person(s) that scammed me hope you had a good Christmas and karma is right around the corner...

I saw the advertisement on TikTok and decided to make a purchase of the eyebrow stamp. This purchase was made back in October 2021 and they took the money from my account that same month but I have not received my order. I sent numerous message through messenger on Facebook and person kept telling me my order was on the way but would never give me any tracking information. Once I asked for a refund in December the communication stopped…then I reported the their page as being scam and now it’s gone.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased what I thought was an eyebrow stamp from social media advertisement (tik-tok) everything seemed legit at first until an entire month passed by and I still hadn't received a shipment notification. The website proclaims to ship within 5-12 business days and even with the holidays, it is well over that time period. I made my purchase on 11/24 they debited my account on 11/26 and that was it. I have messaged through the site the request status of the order and I have not received any message back. I called my bank to dispute the charges and they said I have to contact the merchant by phone and see if they will issue a refund. All I got was a voice mail to mink lashes and that they would call me back within 24 hours which is also probably a lie.

I saw the advertisement on TikTok and decided to make a purchase of the eyebrow stamp. This purchase was made back in October 2021 and they took the money from my account that same month but I have not received my order. Because I never received a tracking number and I confirmed that money was taken from my bank account, I emailed back and forth with a Sheryl (who supposedly works the customer service for this company) in like November and she told me that they had a high demand and was backed up. She assured me I’d receive a tracking number in the next couple of days and I never received it. I emailed again and she apologized again and said she’d contact the shipping company. Still nothing. I emailed just a couple of days ago and told them they were scammers and I was reporting them. Needless to say, she responded to all my previous emails quickly but has yet to respond to this last one. As of today 12/21/21-I just went to the softies.co website and they have changed the contact information to a new name Sunset Beauty with the email [email protected] but all the product information and videos are the same. Just a new name to scam people.

I purchased an item on Oct 15,2021 and I have not received the order and I sent an email requesting a status update and received a reply that they were overwhelmed with orders and it would be shipped in the next couple of days and it has not shipped as of yet and I requested a full refund and I have not been refunded.
