Initially he asked for a check to be sent and it was.
He was paid a ONE TIME FEE of 299.99
Since then he has repeatedly sent in a check withdrawing from the account for UNAUTORIZED CHARGES.
There is no business agreement and he is depositing our money into account

The electronic check does not state what bank the scammer uses.
We have been told that there is no way to stop this scammer.
That he can continue to generate false checks and withdraw from our account.
The account will be closed.
