Purchased a hoodie, never received. Contacted after several months with all information, they tried offering extras rather than a refund. Finally offered a refund and an excuse following as to why I hadn't received that either.

Paid for a product that was never delivered. Multiple emails back-and-forth, and now they have stopped responding to emails after I have requested a refund.

I purchased 2 hoodies. They continued to delay the shipment claiming their supplier. 1st Jan, then March, April, June, on Nov28th they claimed the items were en route to their distribution facility, then Dec18th they stopped providing dates, a refund was requested in February and they’ve since stopped communicating. It’s too far out for credit card to dispute the claim.

I placed an order on their website in December, 2022. Every month since then I kept receiving emails that they were having issues with their material supplier and that my order will ship as soon as they can. Usually the email would indicate that my order should ship with in the next month, the month would go by and I would get another email stating that they still had problems with their material suppliers and on and on and on. Now I am not getting any responses from this company

I ordered sweatpants on 01/26/2023. I still not received them. I emailed them 06/19/2023 to request a refund. They explained there was a delay and the order would ship by June 30th. They offered to add a free gift to the order and to upgrade my shipping method to ensure faster delivery at no cost to me. I accepted. I had still not received my order so I emailed again on 09/06/2023 and requested that they cancel and refund me. They again stated that the orders would ship by 10/31/2023 and offered to throw in a free hoodie. I accepted. I had still not received my order so I emailed again on 11/08/2023. They said that the order was on it's way to their warehouse and I should have it in 2 weeks. As of 01/05/2024 I STILL had not received my order. I emailed in again that day and request a refund. The rep literally copied and pasted the response I got in their email repose to me on 11/09/2023. I emailed back and told them, "The answer you gave me was copied and pasted from the email I received NOVEMBER 9TH!!!!!!!! Refund me IMMEDITALY." As of 01/11/2024 I have not heard back from them. I just emailed them again and I am hoping to get a response soon. I also messaged them on Facebook and Instagram. They also will not let you comment on any of their Instagram posts. They are actively trying to limit people from sharing the fact that this business is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I order two separate orders online end of December and one in the middle of January 2023. Estimated shipping time for December order would be Late January and the other for January would ship in February. Shipping estimates kept changing. I emailed them, they apologized and offered free tote bag for inconvenience with my order and gave another estimated time. Nothing shipped at that time. Waited again for another estimated date. Finally ask for a refund, they said they would pass it down to the team and i asked again and they stopped responding

I ordered from this company 2 years ago and still haven't received anything yet. Ive emailed them several times just to be told that its on back order and that i should receive it soon.

Bought items in website. Never delivered. Constantly told me it was delayed. A year later still no refund no delivery. They keep pushing me off saying they need more time.

I placed an order with soft serve clothing in September of 2022 for one hoodie. It’s almost September 2023 and my hoodie has yet to arrive! Their “customer service” keeps telling me they’re having shipping delays and issues with their manufacturer. I mean, c’mon! This is absolutely nuts. They gave me a $50 gift card at one point to appease me, and I got another hoodie with the GC. However, I still had to pay the remainder of what the GC didn’t cover. So I’m out about $100! Their customer service is giving me the run around and refusing to give me my refund! They keep saying they’ll provide a free tote, and they apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll never buy from this company again! DON’T TRUST SOFT SERVE CLOTHING.

I ordered a hoodie from SoftServe Clothing in Dec '22. When the item didnt arrive by end of Jan, i reached out to cancel the order. They responded with "Unfortunately, we're experiencing heavy delays with our production team. These are now estimated to ship out early March. I am so sorry that we weren't able to get these out by the initial date we had projected. Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information."

Instead of delivering the item, in March they sent me a code (with a couple day expiration date) for a credit for the value of the hoodie, but when i tried to redeem it, it required purchase of more than 1 item, i.e. This 'credit' was a discount (max ~50%), instead of a voucher for the item. I reached out again and they sent me a credit for half the value of the item. Basically, they seem dead-set on either taking my money or applying charging me another 50% (for either more items or one discounted one).

Ordered clothing from this website on pre-order. The pre-order shipping date came and went so I followed up, was given a timeline of 3 to 4 weeks. When that timeliness came and went I contacted again and was given another 3 to 4 weeks. I've asked for a refund and been denied.
