I do not know if was a scam call, but I was suspicious. I was told that they could tell several hackers had attempted to get into my computer, and they could fix it so that they could not, and find out who they were. I just needed to open my computer and follow their directions. I didn't, but got their number so that I could call them back. I didn't.
