Have big doubts it's affiliated with Yahoo.
Person with whom I spoke told me I'd been hacked, transferred me to softtech365. I admit I paid $299.99 (will be refunded $200 per later request), allowed system check, yahoo email access was fixed (and I was told not to change the user/password they'd given me for 48 hr; I changed it shortly thereafter with Dashlane). Had heard bells and whistles intermittently in background. Felt uncomfortable and unhappy that I'd allowed myself to be 'swept along'. I've cancelled my credit card and had computer evaluated by reputable company. Checked BBB - softtech365 not listed. Scamadvisor.com - company 38 days old, website source hidden (if I checked correctly).
