Company was top choice on a Google search. Selected download for software delivery. Link received in email did not work. repeatedly tried to download item. Never received. Complained to company and requested refund which went through before delivery was accomplished. No contact information on website. Only automated chat which was ineffectual. finally was told that refund request was denied because item was not eligible for refund. Never indicated in its advertising on website. Attempted to respond for request for more info. After sending info, chat site was disabled by seller (for an entire day). Tried again the next day but still getting the "run around". Company has my name and credit card info. What can be done?
