I purchased a *** *** *** product from them where first off I was charged twice the amount then I should have. I immediately emailed them and let them know followed by me letting them know that the instructions and keys were not working. They continued to send me the same messages asking me if I followed the directions or if I had office to delete it. Now after continuously trying to get my refund, I have been ignored and out of $250 dollars. Please Please do not purchase anything from SOFTWAREPORTS as they are an absolute SCAM
