On 21 June 2023 I bought some clothes having not provided me with information on shipping times but only an email confirming the purchase and I wanted more information and given the fact that they don't have customer support with real-time chat or similar something didn't add up so even though I had already made the purchase the day before there were still many alarm bells that made me paranoid, I wrote to them if I could get more information. Many, many days later Miss Nancy M. replies and tells me that the order has been shipped and that the whole process would take at least 3/4 weeks;
but after his answer, nothing. Now I can no longer see either the page that summarizes my purchase or the page for which they themselves gave me a password to monitor the order, both have been canceled and no longer reachable as well as the number I tried to call this morning provided to me by Miss Nancy M's email. And guess what? It's non-existent.
So I searched the internet a bit and I discovered that these from Sohofashion.co are all scams and more people have fallen into their traps. Knowing by now that I am one of these people here I am denouncing them and sharing my experience and I will also denounce them differently.
