I ordered an item of clothing online through this website for $35.99 and I received the wrong product. There was no packing slip with the item. I emailed their customer service and received an email back offering me a $17 voucher to use with their company. I responded back saying that doesn’t even cover the original cost. Then they sent me another email saying I declined their $17 voucher and offered me $14 voucher instead. I googled the reviews for this company and several people had the same complaint.
