Type of a scam Online Purchase
I began inquiring on the order 07.03.23 after not receiving the order. I was told at this time that the package was shipped and given a tracking number of my email address and instructed to track order at www.17track.net/en. The email also said to wait 3-5 days for shipping information to be updated. It said that is usually takes 10-20 business days to arrive after shipping out. Needless to say, I could not track a package on the site provided. By 07.14.23 I began getting obvious run around saying now that the package was delivered, and I should check with my Post Office or ask my friends/neighbors/family about it. This is now completely bogus, and I requested a full refund back to my credit card.
Between 7.15 thru 07.17, we exchanged several emails with them attempting to offer a 10 to 15% refund. After telling me that the package was delivered to my single-family home, they said they can't access the proof delivery and asked again if in "good faith" I would accept a 15% refund. I informed them at that time that I wanted the full amount that they took from my credit card and now would be reporting this fraudulent activity to you.
