I also tried to purchase a puppy for $499.00 and the second one for $299.00 totaling $798.00. They requested payment via CashApp. I had already completed the transaction, but I was feeling a little skeptical, so I decided to look these people up. (Sure wish I had done it first) American Logistics Freight sent an e-mail message saying the puppies were within an hour of taking off but could not be shipped until I bought a special crate - another $1,000 - $1,500.

Website Solace Puppies is a scam company, they have no animals, although its supposed to be a puppy adoption company. They required a deposit to reserve the animal you choose, they take your card information and empty out your account. They take the money out in portions, $25 here, $37 there, $41.....etc until your bank account is empty. When a receipt is asked for as proof of payment, they say they are sending a receipt at that moment and then they never send anything. They purposely have no phone number or real address. When you catch the Allison who is an Account Manager, he/she immediately shuts down the text communication. They are scamming people without any conscience. This is Grand Larceny and it is illegal. Once they take your money they say your animal will arrive in 2 days, I am still waiting for my 2 days 2 weeks ago and they no longer answer any text. This hurts because in such hard times dealing with COVID, they are the typical vultures that prey on the naive, elderly, middle age. I need all my money back because they stole under dishonest circumstances. Please stop them, Please help me. I am out my money and I am without a puppy.

I looked at the web site and the second I saw those huge photoshopped photos I knew this was a scam. The eyes don't even look real. And how can they afford to send two pups for $799 when the flight costs more than that. Then someone is going to deliver it to your door for free too?

Yep only they changed the name yo puppies shop andnuse American Logistics Freight. And they threatened to put puppies in a shelter and have me arrested for neglect and animal cruelty.
I got [censored]ed out of $4298 because I really wanted the puppies and all I could think of is puppies alone.. i sent FCC and BBB a complaint. I hope they get shut down.

I went thru the same thing they took 750.00 from me and did the same thing told me I needed a thermal crate and my bank inform me to never use an app that does not insure your money and as soon as they ask for Zelle or cash app do not go any further because it is a scam! I got web address and a phone number and also tracking number same as everyone has on here but trust me lesson learned when bank informed me how to check them out! So follow those rules and do not send them a full payment on dog until u got your product in your arms!

Hi , What happened was i seen a aid online that read. Five year anniversary promotion on dogs. So i opened the site and found the poodle of my dreams. They had a lot of dogs. I checked out what they were saying about Toby. They said he comes with everything. That they will send him to me at no charge. The charge was 500.00 dollars . So i payed them with Cash App. That is what they wanted. They emailed me and let me know they got the payment and i would have the Dog in 24 to 48 hours. That they would send me a tracking number. Then i got a email from a company named America Logistics Freight. Also got a phone call. He said i have to put a deposit down on a crate to send the dog 998.00. That was supposed to be all included in the price of the dog. The phone number for American Logistics Freight is 805-996-0210. I hope you can take care of this scam. Thank You Jody Pepin

Solace Puppies, Star Boutique puppies and star puppies boutique are all the same company. They charge you $499 ($500 in my case) for the puppy to be delivered within 48 hours. Everything went smoothly until I was contacted by their pet courrier (AmericanDomesticFreights) at 6:00 am in the morning to tell me a thermal crate was needed to transport the pet because of bad weather and they needed a $1000; $1350; or $1500 for a refundable crate deposit. THis is the time I cut my losses and knew I lost $500. BEWare OF THESE COMPANIES

A lot of these scammers are overseas but u can contact Zelle or whatever cash app u use bc If they get enough complaints they can refuse to allow their services to these companies. Everyone on here should put the pressure on the apps that enable crooks bc they are your best chance for justice. So is instagram and face book and whatever reaches the most people. Don’t give up bc you might find some way to get them if they are in the states bc everyone has to have tax I’d or some bank. Also try taking a screenshot of the puppy and do an image search. If they are using stock photos or selling on different platforms like face book etc you might find useful info to get an I’d for internet crime division. These scams really bother me and I truly hope you find justice!

Also fell victim to this scam to the tune of $799 for two puppies. They connected through the ‘chat’ window on the site. After I realized I’d been scammed I went back to the chat and flat out called him a thief. We went back and forth and when I told him I was reporting him the chat came down and hasn’t been back up since. Use every caution! This is a scam operation pure and simple. There are no puppies only suckers. I’m ashamed to say I fell for it.

This so called company has a puppy website offering many different types of puppies and require you to send them cash either by Zelle, cash app, or western union. when I checked out the address that they had given me, found that is was a business complex with several different businesses in it which did not include SOLACE PUPPIES. The address that I was given was 6425 Penn avenue, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15206. Glad I did a little more research and didn't send them any money. They also told me to send the money Western Union to a Kasen TITI and when i questioned why I was sending the money to a person and not the business it was stated that this person was a cashier at the company. I was not given a phone number for any contact with them.

I too contacted Solace puppies via website and "chatted' with a guy...I think Charlie Colt...he told me all about the Puppy I wanted "Latte" for a total cost of 499.00 travel included and all their pups were under a "money back warranty". He told me to download Cash app...which I did and to see if it worked to transfer $5.00 to him. Then since I was new to CashApp they would not let me transfer the other $494.00.so I was told to go to Western Union and transfer to him "Charlie Colt' I was suspicious at this time and questioned him extensively. WU would not transfer to him either. I wass told I needed to go to get a moneygram then he would give me the travel info...because it was guaranteed to have the puppy to me within 48 hrs. I did it aqainst my better judgement...he had me emotionally. After he received the money I was sent an email from the "travel guy" with him requesting an $additional $950 for insurance!
