A pre-recorded call came on asking my my energy relief bill. Asked if I wanted to get my bill reduced by 14% due to recent increase in electricity. Then when I clicked "1" for "yes" a guy comes online. He asked me if my electricity bill is over $100 every month. Then he proceeded to ask me about personal info such as my address, billing info, etc. I asked him what company he was with and he said "Community services" I said that is not a company name and he said "Solar Power Program". I asked him what does Solar Power Program have anything to do with my PGE bill? He said "solar produces electricity and if you don't get it then this is waste of my time." I agreed with him and hung up.
