Received a flyer stating that, what is really a solar company, is the utility company! They said that they are directly affiliated with the utility company and work for them. This is very illegal and misleading. They did not have an email or website on the flyer, they only included phone number provided. When I called the number, I had to request several times the name of the solar company, and they finally said "CA Solar" but then stated they worked with utility company. Illegal, false, and misleading to my community.

Solar work was to include moving our existing panels to a different location. These panels were to be exchanged for newer panels a total of 24 panels worth $23000.00. These were removed and have not been replaced. We were also supposed to get 16 additional new panels. Contractor took our panels and has never returned. We prepaid $15,000

For the additional panels. Contractor has not done ANY work and refuses to return calls. This was to be completed 30 days ago. We have no solar and are out $15,000 cash

Received phone call om 10/03/2022 in which it showed up as state troopers. this particular day, we were having a serious dust storm and it was thundering alot. my husband had left about 10 minutes earlier for work. so thinking the worst as my heart dropped to my stomach, i had answered the phone. it was a sales call for home solar panels. i was so shocked that scammers would dare use "state troopers" as a ploy for consumers to answer a emergency type call. As a senior i was horrified, and angry. hopefully someone can trace the phone number as stated of #623- 887-4763. There are alot of retiree's who reside in and around my area.
