No replies to emails

I 'pre-purchased' 3 sets in January of 21, expecting them in April. Same results as others here. No replies to emails, Facebook page is gone, website is now gone as well.

Supposed to arrive “latest April 2020” it is March 2022 and one h*ll of a run around later still no dice. Site is still up do not buy you will not receive your dice

I am in a similar boat. I learned about the dice from Facebook. Looked great from the posts on the page, and I ordered two sets, and was supposed to get a third set free. Communication was great at first. Apparently there were metal and acrylic sets being made, video's were sent in emails, and when there was a "problem", I received an email explaining things.

When I learned that there were metal dice, I sent an email to them asking if I could upgrade my acrylic dice to metal dice, but never got an answer. Then all communication stopped. The Facebook page is gone, but the website still seems to exist, but has not been updated since about February or maybe March.

There is still a website, but it is next to useless. There are still some things on there, but you can't order the game or the dice, as I said the Facebook page is gone. I haven't tried to look around for a phone number to call Andrew Normore (The owner, also goes by Solace), but that is more likely my next step. It looks like maybe I will have to try to get some of the metal dice on eBay, as I found a seller there with three sets.

Purchased 3 set of dice for my son in February 2021. They were supposed to ship in March. Numerous communications- email, Facebook posts, Facebook messenger - promises of delivery. Months go by. Owner 'apologizes' and says the items are forthcoming. Says production issues. I see many others complaining they've not received their items.

I tried to get my money back from PayPal but too late. The Solar Wars website also took their PayPal link off.

Nothing ever ships. Try again to contact company and.now their Facebook page, phone, email and website are gone.

It's been 9 months since ordering, many months since any communication. Never got what I ordered. It seems many others experienced the same problem.

What can I do? How can I get what I paid for?

Had to buy another gift for my son.

I've spent way.too many hours trying to get these items. I do have screenshots.
