I was in a program to have my roof repaired after my roof was repaired. Two solar power reps from Devine/Sunergy came to me ask me about solar panels I didn't want. I was also told I didn't have to pay anything it sounded good but I still refused to take the panal once the company was ask remove them.i was then told there was a lean on my home in the amount of a 55,000 loan I had no knowledge of Sunergy just sent me a copy of this so called contract on April 9th 2024 via email when i looked at the contract i noticed my initials was forged i then called Sunergy and spoke with someone by the name of Brandy i told her wasn't my hand writing she then told me she would investigate and give me call back she never did i to keep calling her once on the phone she then told me that they couldn't get in contact with the person that forged my name and that name is Daniel Cirrincion now Sunergy is trying to accuse me of a breached contract please help me I'm a very good program called rebuild Florida and they trying to help me rebuild my house
