I placed an online order on 12/19/23 (Christmas gifts) with the initial estimate for delivery stated as 12/24/23. Then received order confirmation that stated the average shipping time is 1-3 weeks. I then immediately contacted them (on 12/19) via email requesting to cancel the order due to inaccurate shipping time quote. I didn't get a response until 12/27/23 and it stated it was too late to cancel and that I could again request a refund once I receive the item. Once I received the item, I contacted them to arrange a refund and they stated that they've moved their warehouse to China and I'm responsible for the return shipping fees. As an alternative, they offered me a 20% refund to keep the items. Today, 1/18/24 I just got a notification that a refund had been issued (total cost $83.93 yes refund was only $14.99) to my PayPal account under the business name of "Pestplugrepeller".
