Placed an online order last July 2021. I received some replies when I enquired as to the status assuring my order was being prepared (blamed covid for delays). They have now stopped responding to emails. Still no delivery as of 30-Jan-2022.

Solerebels has a very professional looking website offering Eco friendly shoes made in Ethiopia with fair trade practices. When you order the shoes they tell you that they take 3-4 weeks to make and to be patient. When you don't receive your shoes and contact them they respond right away letting you know that they have been busy and that they are putting the finishing touches on your shoes and to expect the delivery any day. When you don't receive the shoes and ask for a refund they don't reply. When you contact them again accusing them of being a fake company they send you a fake fedex shipping id. Some people do report getting the shoes after a couple of months and not being satisfied but at this point they are unwilling to deal with the company anymore.
