The scammer sets up a website that purports to sell fridge water filters at a considerable discount. The merchandize that arrives is fake and counterfeit. When contacted about it the scammer promptly agrees for a return and refund and provides a fake shipping label. USPS is unable to deliver returned merchandize to the address on the label (address doesn't exist) and returns it back to the sender. The scammer ceases all communication at this point. The scammer provides the same shipping label to all customers, it seems. The tracking history for their shipping label is extremely long and complicated but the result is the same - you will lose money. The scam utilizes a number of tricks - lost sum of money is relatively small - so I guess most people just don't bother with a hassle. They change their web address - I made a purchase at worldmarket24.com but the scammer is currently utilizes Shopify. The shipping label number they provide is 9302 0205 8550 0110 136856 (check it out with USPS tracking) and the fake return address on their label is ***** *** *** Browerville, MN, 56438
