Second attempt to report this scam: Mitzi requested $235 for a utility bill. She need "cash" because the banks were closing soon. Her sob story was that she needed $220 to pay her electric bill. She had previously deferred her first month's payment, which caused her 2nd and 3rd bill to be more than usual. She stated that $15 of it was for gas to get back home to Salado. She needed prepayment and would return to finish the other 2 jobs. (3 jobs in total: window cleaning, and 2 house cleanings) Sadly, she was only able to complete 1/4 of the job due to having to go pick up her grandkids. She wrote a receipt and promised to return on Thursday. After approximately 4 hours of texting (@11:02am "be over to you in about 30 minutes" @12:21pm "pack my stuff back up now and will be there ASAP" @12:24"see you in a min" @1:50pm "I will be right there" and after waiting on her until 3:16, I gave up. She informed my husband that she would return today/Monday at 10:50am, but has not showed up on our property to finish her work as of 5:25pm.

I found her flyer and reached out to the other employee/her son. @4:59Pm He stated they had a family emergency.
