I ordered a Treadmill from this company. The treadmill is real & when I saw the Instagram advertisement I was concerned about the quality of the treadmill so I researched it online. I read great reviews, because again it’s a real product. The website however is fake. They took a real product, and advertised it as their own. They want people to order. They take your money, and never send a product. I ordered during Black Friday so I assumed the sale was real. I didn’t research the website. It was a website from China. After ordering I immediately felt uncomfortable, and attempted to get a refund. That’s when I realized the site was a scam. No real number, only an email address for contact. Their refund policy just said to return the item to China. I never received the item. I was able to despute the charge with my credit card company. This company even went as far as providing a fake tracking number. They took down the website for a while, and now it’s back up with “new products” Please be careful.
