BEWARE of SOLUREANI! I purchased a rechargeable heated scarf on October 25, 2024, for $27.97, as a Christmas present. The scarf will not hold a charge, and when I tried to contact Solureani's website for help, they will only troubleshoot or start a refund process if you join their help site- ASK-CREW ($1 initially, and the $38/month). It also states on their website that the cost for the customer to mail back the item may be larger than the refund. This was my fault- I should never have purchased an item outside the US. In the future I will only use Amazon- they stand behind their products, and refunds/returns are easy. I just hope no one else falls for their 60% off ads. SOLUREANI is a scam!
